Meet the Team
Jon Quesenberry
Jon Quesenberry is the Director of the Charlottesville House of Prayer. Jon and Carol Quesenberry founded C-HOP on March 15, 2013 Jon has an MDiv from Eastern Mennonite Seminary. He is a Sozo counselor and prophetic teacher. He loves Jesus, Carol his wife of 32 years and his four wonderful children. Jon’s life goal is the cultivation of presence based community. Presence based community is a family of believers who live in and operate out of the of the living presence of God.
Carol Quesenberry
Carol Quesenberry is a founding leadership partner at the Charlottesville House of Prayer. She and Jon founded C-HOP on March 15, 2013. Carol is a Sozo minister, counselor and mentor. She also manages the administrative and hospitality ministry of the House of Prayer. She loves caring for her husband and four wonderful children as well as serving in ministry at C-HOP. Carol's passion is healing! She is passionately committed to seeing God move in this generation for to bring wholeness in body soul and spirit!
Angela Loan
Angela S. Loan (MaE Masters of Arts in Education) is a passionate lover of Jesus and retired public school teacher. Angela is ordained through Cross Country World Missions and has been a small group leader for over 20 years. She is a life coach and pastoral counselor and serves on the leadership team of C-HOP/ Dwelling Place Christian Community.
Bill Voltz
A Jesus follower for over 40 years, Bill loves to worship the Lord with all his heart. Bill is a clinically trained counselor, an intercessor trained in Theophostic Prayer ministry and a prophetic voice to our community. He is passionate about individuals finding wholeness in Christ and emotional healing through prayer and counseling. Seeing the big picture, Bill loves to dream and pray into what he senses God is saying and doing. Married to his best friend Denise, Bill loves to golf and spend time with his adult children (6) and his grand girls (5). Bill genuinely loves to connect with people one-on-one to share wisdom, good counsel and offer prayer.
Denise Voltz
Denise is a highly relational people person gifted in leadership, administration and hospitality. She thrives on getting to know people and learning how she can help them grow deeper in God. A deep lover of God’s word, she is always ready to point you to that perfect Bible verse, wanting others to discover the richness of God’s tangible presence in the scriptures. Denise has been married to her husband Bill for 18 years and enjoys long talks, travel and reading together. Denise is a professionally trained coach and loves to help people meet their goals. She enjoys her dog Chewie, gardening, reading and spending time with her grand sugars (5 sweet girls!), her children (and their dogs), and her friends (and their dogs) and just any dog really.
Berrell Keys
The Lord pursued Berrell at a young age by giving him a desire to read His Word. As the Lord surrounded him with friends who loved Him and leaders in the church who recognized and poured into his gift as a leader, Berrell began to recognize the call from the Lord to lead others to meet with and minister to God through worship.
Victoria Keys
Tori grew up knowing the unconditional love of the Father and experiencing the rest found in the shadow of His wings. Her first prayer language with the Lord was movement! Her years in dance training taught her a lot about living a lifestyle of worship and what it means to be co-creators with God. Tori has been married to her husband, Berrell, for just over a year. She considers it an honor to serve and worship the Lord alongside him.
